About Us

Hi, I’m Rinards Farenhorsts, the founder and sole operator of PeckBuy. PeckBuy is a small online shop for gifts and homeware, and I run it from Norwich, UK.

It is a one-person business: when you order, email or phone, you are getting in touch directly with me.

What PeckBuy sells

PeckBuy sells thousands of gifts with character and things that make a home feel like yours, including:

• Home fragrance: candles, incense sticks and cones, oil burners, reed diffusers, wax melts and fragrance oils
• Gothic, Wiccan and pagan: altar accessories, tarot cards, spell candles and decorative pieces
• Spiritual and wellbeing: items for quiet moments, meditation corners and mindful spaces
• Home and garden: ornaments and décor for every room
• Accessories and seasonal gifts: ideas for birthdays, Halloween, Christmas and the occasions in between

I am planning to expand the product range soon so get ready for some exciting new products! 🙂

My goal is to provide quality products and I wanted to create a shop that serves the customer well, provides value with clear information and an easy, secure checkout.

How your order works

PeckBuy is online only. There is no shop or showroom to visit yet.

When you place an order, it is packed and dispatched by my UK fulfilment partner from their warehouse in South Wales and delivered by Royal Mail. Your contract is with my company, Raythex Ltd, and I stay responsible for your order from checkout to delivery, including returns and any problem with an item.

Delivery times, charges and the areas PeckBuy delivers to are on the Delivery Information page, and information regarding returns is on the Returns & Refunds page.

How to reach me

• Phone: 07500 077117, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm UK time, excluding bank holidays
• Email: contact@peckbuy.com
• More ways to reach me are on the Contact page. I respond to emails personally and as soon as possible.

A little history

Before PeckBuy, I ran GoBookshop, an online bookshop, from 2023 until March 2026.

PeckBuy opened in October 2026. I registered the peckbuy.com domain on 10 September 2026 and PeckBuy has no connection of any kind with any previous owner of this domain or with any website that used it before.
