Where your order ships from
PeckBuy is an online-only shop. Your order is packed and dispatched by our UK fulfilment partner from their warehouse in South Wales, and delivered by Royal Mail.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in England, Wales and Scotland, except in the areas listed below.
We do not currently deliver to:
- Northern Ireland (BT);
- the Isle of Wight (PO30 to PO41) or the Isles of Scilly (TR21 to TR25);
- the Channel Islands (GY, JE) or the Isle of Man (IM);
- British Forces (BFPO) addresses;
- these postcode districts in Scotland and north Northumberland: AB10 to AB16, AB21 to AB25, AB30 to AB39, AB41 to AB45, AB51 to AB56, DD6 to DD11, DG3, DG4, DG6 to DG9, EH35 to EH40, EH42 to EH46, FK14, FK17 to FK21, G63, HS, IV, KA27, KA28, KW, KY9, KY10, KY14 to KY16, PA17, PA18, PA20 to PA80, PH3, PH5, PH6 to PH50, TD1 to TD8, TD10 to TD14 and ZE;
- any address outside the United Kingdom.
If an order to one of these addresses is placed, we will decline it and refund you in full.
Delivery charges
Free UK delivery on orders of £29.95 or more. The £29.95 is the total of the items in your basket after any discount code, before delivery.
Orders under £29.95: £4.99 per order, or £6.19 per order if your order includes an item weighing 1 kg or more.
The checkout shows the delivery charge and the total before you pay.
When we dispatch your order
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day. Orders placed and paid for before 1pm (UK time) on a working day count from that day. Orders placed after 1pm, at a weekend or on a bank holiday count from the next working day.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England and Wales.
How long delivery takes
We send every order by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which Royal Mail aims to deliver in two to three working days.
Delivery times are estimates. Unless we agree a different date with you, we will deliver no later than 30 days after the day you place your order.
Tracking your order
When your order is dispatched, we email you the Royal Mail tracking link.
Changing your delivery address
Email us with your order number. We may not be able to change the address once your order is being processed.
Parcels that cannot be delivered
If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to our fulfilment partner, we will email you.
Lost parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 7 working days, or the carrier confirms that your parcel has been lost, or tracking shows “delivered” but you do not have your parcel, email us with your order number. If your parcel has been lost, we will send a replacement (if the item is in stock) or give you a refund.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Email contact@peckbuy.com with your order number and photographs of the item, its packaging and the delivery label. We will tell you whether the item needs to be returned. If we ask you to send it back, we will refund your reasonable postage.
